We now share our receptionist with you!

For those of you who are often on the road, or have difficulty combining their work with customer service, we offer you call answering service.

From Monday to Thursday, between 9:30 am and 4 pm, and on Fridays from 9 am to noon, our receptionist will answer your company’s calls, and send you the message by email, so that you can call back the customer at a more convenient time.

Outside business hours, a voicemail box with your personalized message will be available and you will receive the voicemail message directly by email.

25$/month

  • your own number
  • up to 50 calls a month

  • up to 125 calls a month
  • $ 1 / additional call

  • billable every 3 months ($ 150 per 3 months)
  • ability to redirect calls to your cell or other number (+ $ 5 / month)

250$/month

  • your own number
  • up to 50 calls a month

PLEASE NOTE

We currently have only ONE receptionist, so it is possible that during the day, she is already on another call and cannot answer a second. She will do her best to take all the calls and put them on hold, but it is possible that the call falls into your voicemail. If so, it will then be routed to the email you specified during the subscription, and you will be able to call the customer at your convenience. The same will happen outside business hours or weekends.

It is also possible to redirect the call on your cell or another number of your choice, in addition to our office. If you can answer it, you take it, otherwise our receptionist will do it. You can select this option when registering.

F.A.Q.

Can I choose my own number?

No, sorry, we cannot offer the choice of the number, because it is automatically assigned during registration.

Can I choose my message for the voicemail?

Yes, absolutely.  You will be asked during registration.

Can I choose the language of my message?

Yes.  However, our receptionist can only answer in French or English.

Can I have the service for two businesses?

Yes, however you will need to register twice, as the price of the service is by company.

When will I be able to use my number?

We will let you know by email as soon as everything is configured, but usually, about 7 business days.

How can I pay?

Payments are made with Paypal, recurrently every 3 months.
