Meeting customers in a café or at home is not always professional and can be disturbing.
Whether you are a member of our space or simply a guest, Espace Le402 offers you the opportunity to meet your clients in our private conference room or organize training days in the studio for bigger groups.
You can rent occasionally, by the hour, or as a member, with better rates, if you rent more often.

We offer you a closed and private meeting space with a big table and 8 chairs, access to a the kitchen, lounge area, coffee machine and free wifi.
A TV monitor is also available to plug in your computer to do your presentation.
Available Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
RATE FOR NON-MEMBERS
- no membership required
- rent by the hour (minimum 2h) with a minimum 48h notice
- 25$/hour
RATE FOR MEMBERS
- rent by the hour with a minimum 12h notice
- membership of 25$/month (min. 3 months)
- 20$/hour
- the membership allows you to rent the studio, our closed offices AND the conference room, so a 250$-deposit is required when registering, which will be given back when cancelling
