However, special security measures will be put in place to comply with the instructions of the Government.

VIRTUAL OFFICES

The scanning and delivery service has never been interrupted and will continue as usual. Our receptionist is back (mostly working remotely at the moment) and will be able to answer your emails and calls.

For those who have the pickup service: wearing a mask is mandatory for anyone coming to pick up mail. For those who have a code for the soor, pick-up hours are from Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 5pm.  If you do not have a code, please email us to shceudle your visite, as our receptionnist is not present full-time, Do not hesitate to email us if you need to change your service for delivery or scan service.

OFFICES AND DESKS

The offices will be open, but only to monthly rentals: no external client or visitor will be admitted in the office area.

If you need to organize a meeting, please do so on the studio side, and bring people in through the studio door. You can book your hours online via the site.

No trial day or daily rental will be offered at the moment.

Wearing a mask is mandatory when entering the space.  However, once you are seated at your desk, you can remove it.  Please disinfect your hands as well when coming in.

The arrangement of the offices has also been modified in order to respect a distance of 2m between each person.

Please limit your trips around the room and stay in your office/desk as much as possible. Avoid going to the lounge and always keep a distance of at least 2m between you.

If you need to use the kitchen, please wear your mask and wash any dishes you have used immediately (in the bathroom in the hallway). The soap bottle is in the center kitchen cabinet, please bring it back after you have used it.

Avoid going to the studio if you haven’t rented it.

Disinfectant bottles are also available at the reception desk as needed. You are responsible for disinfecting your office / workspace, since we do not touch your personal belongings.

Finally, try to avoid frequent transportation of equipment between the office and your home.

STUDIO & CONFERENCE ROOM

Studio and conference room rentals are available, but for a maximum of 4 people at a time. Plan different shooting times if you need to have more models or people present.

Anyone in the studio must wear a mask at all times, except the models when shooting. We recommend the same for meetings.

Upon arrival, everyone must wash their hands.

Access to certain areas and accessories in the studio has also been limited, in order to avoid excessive contamination. Please follow and respect the signs.

Disinfectant bottles are also available on the table at the entrance.
