RENTAL OF THE STUDIO

** If you choose “HALF-DAY AM” : you must select 8am as the starting time

** If you choose “HALF-DAY PM” : you must select 1pm as the starting time

PLEASE NOTE:

When booking, you will see a $250 security deposit. It will be fully refunded within a week of your booking if:

• you have respected your booking time
• you have well cleaned up and left the space in the same condition as when you arrived
• there was no misuse, theft or breakage of equipment and accessories
• you have followed all the studio rules 

Cancellation
You can cancel your reservation without charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. After this time, it will not be possible to cancel and you will lose your payment (the deposit will however be refunded).

Door code & instructions
Before your shoot, you will receive  a text and an email with all the instructions for the studio and a code for the door, if our customer service is closed when you come.  Contact us by text (514-447-4612) if you do not receive it, as we often fall in the junk mail…
